The reservation process and check-in/check-out at the hotel were a breeze, thanks to the friendly and efficient staff at the reception desk. They knew exactly what they were doing and made sure everything went smoothly. The complementary breakfast served at the hotel was quite nice. Though the variety was limited, the food was well-cooked and tasty.
The room service, apart from the restaurant, was a bit lazy. It took longer than expected for them to attend to our requests and sometimes they even forgot about them altogether.

The hotel is in a great location, close to many shops and restaurants. the reception staff were very helpful and made the check-in process smooth. the complementary breakfast was nice and offered a good variety of food options.
The room service was a bit slow and not very efficient. the variety of food options was limited in the restaurant.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location is incredibly convenient, being very near to the airport. the room was spacious and comfortable, with all amenities provided. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the staff were extremely polite and helpful, especially Mr Shivam and Mr Muddasar at the reception desk. the complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from. this hotel provided us with a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
The room service for non-restaurant related requests was slightly slow.
